Our Physical Training Program
Our goal is to build well-rounded athletes. Studies have shown that athletes with physical imbalances tend to get injured at higher rates. Our programs address the areas of strength and fitness that include: Core, Single Leg Strength, Dual Leg Strength, Upper Body Pushing and Pulling Strength, Speed, Agility, and Power. Our program is NOT an exercise program. It is a training program progressively designed to improve overall strength and conditioning.
Our program for 4th – 8th grade consists of 5-week training blocks. Athletes do not need to participate in the 1st session to attend the 2nd session starting in July.
Our program for 9th grade and up is an individualized program and runs month-to-month. We design a program to meet the needs and goals of each athlete based on their strengths, weaknesses, and sports’ needs. Designated training times are established so that athletes can get their workouts done when their busy schedules allow it. A sport performance coach oversees all workouts.
Our Physical Training Program
Participants must register for a specific class time. Sessions will be limited to 30 total participants providing a maximum of 15:1 student to coach ratio.
