Lacrosse Pre-Season Strength & Conditioning Program
We’re excited to offer a 3-day-a-week, 3-week training program specifically designed for the girls’ lacrosse team to get them ready for the upcoming season. The focus will be on developing agility, full-body strength, and conditioning to ensure your athlete is physically prepared to perform at their best on the field.
Each session will be structured into three key components:
Warm-Up & Agility
(20 minutes)
Focused on improving quickness, footwork, and reaction time, essential for lacrosse athletes to excel in fast-paced game situations.
Full-Body Strength
(20 minutes)
Using age-appropriate exercises to build overall strength, reduce injury risk, and enhance performance.
Conditioning
(20 minutes)
Designed to improve endurance, stamina, and overall fitness to help athletes maintain peak performance throughout games.
This program is a great opportunity for athletes to develop the physical tools needed for a successful season. We encourage all players to participate in order to maximize their preparation.
High School Sport Performance Program
Our high school sport performance program is designed to help athletes reach their full potential through individualized training in a flexible, supportive environment. This coach-led program provides each athlete with a personalized workout plan tailored to their specific sport, goals, and needs. Whether you’re looking to improve strength, speed, agility, or conditioning, we’ve got you covered.
Program Overview:
- Dates: Ongoing
- Time: 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM (drop-in anytime within this window)
Athletes can complete their workouts on their own schedule, with no specific class start time. Whether you prefer to train alongside teammates, friends, or independently, you’ll have the flexibility to fit training into your busy school and sports schedule. A coach will always be present to guide you with technique, answer questions, and ensure you’re getting the most out of your workout.
Program Benefits:
- Individualized Training Plans: Customized programs based on your sport, goals, and areas for improvement.
- Expert Coaching: Technique assistance and professional guidance every step of the way.
- Flexible Schedule: Drop in at your convenience between 3:00 PM and 6:30 PM.
- Train with Friends or Alone: Work out with teammates, friends, or individually at your own pace.
This is a great opportunity for high school athletes to build strength, improve performance, and prepare for the season ahead. Whether you’re in-season or off-season, this program will keep you progressing towards your goals.
Intermediate and Middle School Training
Our Intermediate and Middle School program offers fun, structured classes that build foundational skills for young athletes.
Class Schedule: Monday – Thursday at 3:20 PM or 5:15 PM (Classes are interchangeable)
